This page exists because the app links to it. Until today that link led nowhere, which is the sort of thing that should never happen on the screen where someone is deciding whether to pay us.
The short version. The iPhone app is licensed under Apple's standard terms, which is what we declare on our App Store listing. The subscription is one price for the whole household. Your child's records are yours, and what we do with them is set out in the Privacy Policy, which is the document that actually matters here.
Unschooling Academy for iPhone is licensed to you under Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement. That is the same agreement named on our App Store listing, and it applies to the app you download from Apple.
Using Unschooling Academy requires a subscription. There is a monthly option and an annual one, and either covers your whole household rather than each child or each parent.
You are responsible for your account and for what you record in it. The records you make about your own child belong to you. You can export them, and you can ask us to delete them. How we hold them, and the founding rule that they are never handed to an outside AI, is in the Privacy Policy.
Unschooling Academy is a record-keeping and reporting tool. It does not diagnose, assess or decide anything about your child, and it is not educational, medical or legal advice. Whether a report satisfies a particular authority is that authority's decision, not ours. You remain the expert on your child.
We try to keep the service running and will tell you if something material changes. We do not promise it will never be unavailable.
If these terms change we will update this page and the date at the top. Material changes will be communicated in the app or by email.
