Nothing. There is no registration, no notice and no annual return to submit in Wyoming. That freedom is real, and it carries a quiet catch: because nobody ever required a record, there is no file to reach for the day someone finally asks what your child has learned.

Not yet confirmed at the government's own source. The requirements above agree across the sources we could reach, but we have not read them on the authority's own page. Treat them as a guide and confirm before you file. Our earlier record said HB 46 also removed a 'letter of intent'. The Act's title and text address only the curriculum submission. No letter-of-intent provision was found in W.S. 21-4-102; the claim is withdrawn rather than restated. Last read at the source on 2026-08-11: edu.wyoming.gov.
